NZ 4×4 Treks goes International Simpson Desert Safari 

The mighty Simpson Desert in the “ dead” centre of Australia, 1000 Desert Dunes to cross, the longest Dunes in the world , up to 200Km, join our Australian Guide on an Epic  adventure

The trip commences at Broken Hill and includes the Flinders Ranges, the Oodnadatta Track, Lake Eyre, Dalhousie Ruins and Hot Springs, a west/east crossing of the Simpson Desert by the little used WAA Line, Poeppel Corner and the QAA Line.

After conquering the infamous “Big Red” and having dinner in the famous Birdsville Pub we cross the Stony Desert to Cordillo Downs and Innamincka. On the way we camp on a real outback Station and visit Burke and Wills’ famous Dig Tree. Two nights camped on Cooper Creek allows us to soak in the atmosphere of this beautiful spot. Then we travel down the Strezlecki Track to Cameron Corner, Fort Grey, Sturt National Park and Tibooburra, then to White Cliffs.
